Adjacent Property Issues
Proposed development of "Resort LaDane"

The property immediately adjacent to our condominium buildings has recently been granted a zoning change by the Town of Calabash.  We were opposed to the granting of that change and we, the Marsh Harbour Golf & Yacht Club Interval Association, Inc.,  jointly with Golf Coast Realty, Inc.,  have filed suit against the developer, The LaDane Williamson Company, and the Town of Calabash sighting improper procedures in granting the zoning change.

The problem revolves around their proposed parking deck, which, in the preliminary project plans, show their 73' high parking structure to be just a few feet away from our existing buildings.

We are also concerned about the traffic patterns that such a parking structure will impose upon our owners, customers and guests.
